Interesting picture of a hard working man with hard working animals! Luckily the tigers are behind the fence if you know what I mean :), I agree with you I commented it was a sad view. But on the other hand, man threatens the tigers in their natural environment (because they are dangerous anmals, also eating cattle and donkies), and they get maybe extinct if there are no zoos to keep the species existent.

I love the subject matter in this photo. I think a bit more space to the left of the man would have been even more pleasing, although I like the photo as is, too.

Nice composition and colours: I especially like the greens and the shadows. Did you try a panoramic crop, slicing off say the top ~1/3 of the shot? This would elongate it and might add to the sense of motion.
